We are in the process of changing our name to ACAPsoft. This is for several reasons. For one, "Sinner Computing" tells very little about who we are and what we do. It does say we do something to do with "computing", but it could be consulting, web hosting...etc. ACAPsoft will tell most people at a glance that we are to do with software, leaving thinking us as a software directory the only obvious misinterpretation. Secondly, "Sinner Computing" is too long a name; something with 8 letters or less is much easier for people to manually type in. Thirdly... "Sinner"... what were we thinking?! For years we have been told that it makes us look like bad guys and we ignored the advice. After all; many religious organisations have bought our programs and they didn't care. But ultimately, there is no good reason to keep calling ourselves "Sinner Computing". Aside from being an interesting sounding name, it is nothing to do with what we do, just our past. ACAPsoft is all about what we do; we make software As Compact As Possible, and we are good at it! We aren't particularly good at sin, unless writing bloatware is one....
