Hello,
Just got a return request saying that this item was
defective because he wasn't able to open the filter gallary.
Adobe Photoshop Elements 6 for Mac (OLD VERSION) DVD-ROM Mac
Quantity: 1
SKU: HQ-S410-JP4S
ASIN: B0012LMQFI
Listing ID: 0926OV1S2FX
Order Item ID: 30095325749714
Condition: Used - Very Good
Comments: Very Good Condition. GENUINE PRODUCT. Comes in original box WITH Product Key and literature! Well he was obviously able to install and use the product he is just not able to use one of the features. This is most likely due to a compatability issue on his end, or he has the product installed and/or copied, and just wants to get his money back. I always take returns as long as it is within 30-45 days, but this is the first time I have encountered a software return. Anyone have any advice as to what percentage restocking fee I should charge, if i should cover shipping fees, etc. What exactly are the rules regarding software returns. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Please help.
Thanks,
I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
