Career of almost 7 years as an Electronic Technician specializing in Radar Systems. Most of the work was on AN/SPS-52C as the lead maintainer, but was also trained for and maintained AN/SPS-55, AN/SPS-49, IFF as well as support equipment such as the UYK-20 computer. Served on 4 ships: HMAS Perth, HMAS Hobart, HMAS Sydney and HMAS Darwin.
