ACAPtxfr - File Downloader

ACAPtxfr is an early version of a download manager. We have a policy of if we want a program and feel that we could write a program of similar capabilities then we write and use it. Currently ACAPtxfr offers little over inbuilt browser downloaders so it isn't recommended usage. It's special features include multi threaded operation, tray minimisation, a status window and resuming.

We were hoping to have ACAPtxfr in a releasable state before the end of the 2004, but we have no planned release date now. In short, we want to add a lot more to it and it is hard to justify the time when there are so many other download programs out there. We still do hope to finish it though.
